Account Support Representative - Work from home
Job Description:
DoorDash is looking for a passionate and confident Account Support Representative to work from home in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. This part-time position requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive attitude towards... problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer support to DoorDash restaurant partners and assist them with any account-related issues or inquiries.
2. Analyze account performance data to identify trends and suggest improvements for partner success.
3. Conduct presentations to potential partners to showcase the benefits of partnering with DoorDash.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of partner accounts.
5. Handle escalated issues and provide timely resolutions to maintain partner satisfaction.
6. Monitor partner feedback and implement strategies to enhance overall partner experience.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and tools to streamline account management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Experience in customer service or account management is preferred.
7. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with partners.
