Welcome to The Decker/Royal Agency, a creative communications and marketing agency growing brands in travel. We're seeking an Account Supervisor/Sr. AS to complement our team of publicists, creators and marketers in NYC and London. Account Supervisors at D/R manage programs and people. They take ownership of execution across accounts, keep the team moving, and make sure what we’re producing is smart, on-message, and aligned with client goals. This role is a trusted problem-solver: they can see an issue coming, redirect the work, and coach the team through it. They delegate well, give clear feedback, and know how to manage up. The right candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, excellent media contacts, at least 5 years agency (7 for SAS) and/or brand experience, preferably in the travel sphere, a great sense of humor and a valid passport. This is a remote role, with preference for candidates based in the NYC or Tri-State area. Duties may include: • Maintain relationships with national consumer and trade media, driving impactful results • Take ownership of execution across assigned accounts, ensuring plans are carried out as intended • Delegate effectively, providing constructive, actionable feedback to AEs and SAEs; help them level up with professionalism and context • Craft first drafts of client PR plans, campaign calendars, and program documents • Guide media relations strategy: stress-test pitches, troubleshoot challenges, and help shape angles that will land • Keep work aligned across accounts — messaging, timing, deliverables — and flag to senior leadership when something needs to shift • Support client communication by preparing materials, running portions of calls, and keeping senior leads aware of progress and pressure points The Opportunity: • Competitive Base Salary (title and salary commensurate with experience; AS/Sr. AS range $80-99k) • Year-end Discretionary Bonus • Flexible Working Environment where employees can work from home or a provided co-working space through DeskPass • Travel perks • Accrued Paid Time Off • Paid Holidays including the week between Christmas and New Year’s • Focus Fridays where we close at 2pm year-round • Summer Fridays where we receive three additional full Fridays off • 401K match • FSA • Comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance plans • Monthly cell phone stipend Hiring Practices: The Decker/Royal Agency is an equal opportunity employer.
