Role OverviewWe are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on new business generation. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying net-new prospects, building a strong pipeline, and supporting revenue growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect into net-new accounts through outbound strategies
Execute multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to engage key decision-makers
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Collaborate closely with Sales team to progress opportunities through the sales funnel
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM systems
Develop a strong understanding of Archerβs solutions and value proposition
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in a Sales Development / Business Development role (preferably in SaaS or technology)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, resilient, and results-driven mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Experience in GRC is a plus
