Department: Finance Reporting Structure: Reports to the Finance Manager Summary: Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers? Infobiz Systems is seeking an Account Payable Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors and suppliers. If you have a strong background in accounting and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: • Process invoices and expense reports • Verify the accuracy of billing data and resolve any discrepancies • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any issues • Assist with month-end closing activities Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
