As an Account Manager / Strategist, you will play a crucial role in guiding and coordinating activities between our internal teams and clients, developing and executing strategies, and driving business growth. Position Summary As an Account Manager / Strategist at 85SIXTY, you will be responsible for leading cross-agency integrated marketing programs, working collaboratively with internal teams and clients to drive results. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients, developing and executing strategies to achieve client objectives. This is a hands-on strategic role that requires a strong marketing and digital background, with real-life digital marketing experience. Key Responsibilities Lead cross-agency integrated marketing programs by participating in briefs and work sessions, contributing to the overall planning process, representing the interactive opportunity, defining interactive tactics within projects and campaigns. Work collaboratively with internal teams and clients to drive results for the overall business. Plan for all engagements, including goals, deliverables, schedules, and budgets, by managing the workflow process with support from team members. Manage implementation of integrated offerings and tools and identify cross-platform opportunities. Thoroughly understand the client's business/brand, competitive environment, industry trends, and overall marketing plans/goals. Ensure deliverables meet clients' strategy and drive the business forward based on client objectives. Provide support with analytics and other reporting, testing and QA, and vendor selection and management. Lead regular client presentations, calls, and strategic discussions. Define and develop measurement models for project success with clients. Spearhead consistent reviews of project delivery, research, analytics, best practices, etc. Oversee the effective execution of marketing/advertising programs, including written communication of changes and updates to all team members. Partner with internal teams and external partners to communicate client objectives and develop strategic solutions. Assist across all areas of the agency and lend a hand when additional resources are required. Be willing to work with clients on Eastern Time. Essential Qualifications 3+ years of relatable experience in marketing, account management, media, analytics, and/or marketing measurement techniques. Experience with digital media, including SEM, Display, Paid Social, and Mobile. Background in a digital performance marketing environment, with a demonstrated ability to manage against performance targets (ROAS, CPA). Demonstrated skill with web analytics tools, including Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics. Bilingual - fluent in both English and French. French language proficiency required. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively multi-task, manage multiple projects and people simultaneously, and leverage knowledge and experience from project to project. Customer-facing experience, influencing across levels, and advising on performance improvements. Proven ability to think and lead strategically. A high degree of accuracy is required in all aspects of this job, including a proven ability to manage budgets in a strategic fashion to achieve the client's business objectives. Preferred Qualifications Background in travel, hospitality, consumer goods, and/or eCommerce. Experience with Adobe Analytics. Highly skilled with data manipulation and visualization, including Excel. Ability to develop strong relationships internally and externally by gaining trust and delivering on expectations. Extremely motivated, ready to learn new skills, and comfortable in a high-paced environment working across multiple clients from diverse industries. Highly proficient with Google Slides and Sheets. Self-confident with strong presentation skills.
