New customers will be transitioned directly from sales to you, and you will quickly build your portfolio to 100+ accounts. Our Multi Location segment serves parent accounts that have more than 1 location.As the owner of your book of business, your primary focus will be on driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by proactively fostering strong customer relationships, activating new user (doctor) growth, and expanding into new locations. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Training, and Customer Support to drive customer satisfaction and ultimately customer retention.Key Responsibilities:Book ManagementDrive NRR through strategic account planning and proactive customer engagementUtilize data and customer feedback to analyze your book of business and formulate a plan on customer engagementUse a mix of service and sales skills to manage the doctor experience during critical moments of Dandy’s customer journeyCommercial SalesIdentify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your given book of businessDrive activations of more users / doctors within a practiceDrive sales of additional scanners within a practiceDrive expansion through selling into additional practice locationsClient Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with doctors at key accounts to foster trust and loyaltyProvide consultative solutioning and negotiate commercial terms with doctors through a nuanced understanding their goals and feedbackExperiment and execute on churn reduction strategiesClinical KnowledgeDeeply understand the operations of a dentistry practice and the competitive market of digital dentistry to better engage with doctorsHave ability to speak in the language of clinicians in order to problem solve and be a partner to the customersContinuous ImprovementExperiment on the tactics, talk tracks, and use cases to continuously improve on how we can more effectively retain customersCollaborate with cross-functional teams such as customer support and training to better serve your customersCollect feedback and disseminate learnings back to the rest of the company to drive product enhancementsQualifications:6+ years of experience in dental industry in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or other role that interfaced directly with dentistsTrack record of upselling and growing your account portfolioEstablished and managed relationships with multiple stakeholders at small to medium sized businessesEnjoy talking on the phone with clients for over 60% of your day.Have a desire to dive deeper and understand customer’s pain points.Comfortable analyzing data and using dashboards to inform your decisions and outreach.Enthusiasm for experimentation and iteration to hone your craftHighly motivated, performance driven individual.Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Some travel may be necessary to attend Dandy offsites, industry events, and to visit customers.For full-time positions, Dandy offers a wide range of best-in-class, comprehensive, and inclusive benefits tailored to each country where we operate.
