You’ll work closely with your sales manager and client service support teams, and cross-functional teams to maximize our customers' campaign ROI. Additionally, this role will allow you to use your RTB/Programmatic media buying experience to optimize campaigns and develop unique solutions that ensure our clients are satisfied with their campaign performance.StackAdapt is a Remote First company; however, we are looking to hire this person based in Singapore.What you'll be doing: Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across a wide range of verticals, with a strong focus on big 6 agency partner(s)Participate in the identification of upselling opportunities and improve services such as the development of tools, procedures and reports aimed to increase efficiencyDesign unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platformEnsure client campaigns are successful by providing regular reporting on their campaign goals, providing strategic solutions and optimisations to meet identified KPIsSet up/traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshootingOptimise campaigns and recommend new opportunities by analysing campaign performance on a regular basisIn-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews and training/educationTravel as necessaryWhat you'll bring to the table: Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network)Existing relationships within big 6 agencies &/or Indie agencies, brand direct Experience running Google Ad Words, Facebook Ads or executed through a DSP as a self-serve userProven success in managing client relationships and assisting in growing revenueThe ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledgeFamiliarity with the latest digital advertising trends and ideasExperience working with complex databases is a plusKnowledge base of APIs and web app integration servicesFlexibility to travel occasionally to meet with clients within their regionStackAdapt is a diverse and inclusive team of collaborative, hardworking individuals trying to make a dent in the universe.
