The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and the internal teams that deliver results. You’ll manage marketing campaigns, keep projects on track, and ensure our clients are informed, happy, and growing. What You’ll Do
• Build and grow relationships with clients across multiple industries
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned accounts
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns from onboarding through delivery
• Translate client goals into clear direction for our execution teams
• Lead internal and external project communications
• Present results and campaign performance with confidence and clarity
• Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate on proposals
• Maintain accurate records and timelines in project management software
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in account management (digital agency preferred)
• Strong understanding of paid media, seo, and digital marketing strategy
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to distill and present performance metrics and marketing data
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely
Day-to-Day Expectations
• Respond to all client requests within 24 hours
• Hold monthly touchpoints with each client
• Create and send meeting agendas/recaps on time
• Manage onboarding for new campaigns and projects
• Review deliverables before client presentations
• Deliver monthly reports and performance updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timelines are met
Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $50,000–$65,000 DOE
• Bonus Pay based on performance
• 15 Days PTO (increases to 20 days after 5 years)
