This role sits at the intersection of client relationships and production β you'll guide prospects from initial inquiry through scoping and close, then maintain the relationship to drive repeat business and referrals.You have a background in film or production, which means you can speak credibly about timelines, deliverables, and creative process from day one. You're organized, personable, and care deeply about the client experience. This is a remote role.What You'll DoClient Intake & ConversionOwn the inbound lead pipeline β respond quickly, qualify opportunities, and guide prospects through the decision processLead discovery calls to understand client goals, scope projects accurately, and set clear expectationsPrepare proposals and scopes of work in collaboration with creative leadershipClose new business and hand off seamlessly to the creative producer and production teamAccount ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for all pricing questions, scope changes, and contract mattersBuild and nurture client relationships that generate repeat business and referralsDevelop and maintain the sales playbook, proposal templates, and client-facing collateralProactively request client reviews, testimonials, and flag clients who are strong candidates for case studiesCRM & PipelineOwn the health of the CRM β keep pipeline data accurate, up to date, and actionableTrack and report on key sales metrics including conversion rates, lead sources, and deal velocityEnsure all client and deal records are maintained accurately in Airtable and our CRMProduction Handoff & CoordinationCollaborate with producers and creatives to ensure project scopes are realistic and resourced correctlyFlag scope creep or misaligned expectations early and resolve them before they reach the production teamIdentify process gaps and propose improvements to how we intake, scope, and close clientsWhat We're Looking For2β4 years of experience in a producer, account management, business development, sales, or growth role β ideally at an agency, production company, or creative studioBackground in film, video, or content production is a strong plus β you understand how shoots, edits, and creative timelines actually workNatural communicator β you're warm, clear, and clients feel confident in your handsHighly organized β you can manage multiple active deals and client relationships simultaneouslySelf-directed and proactive β you surface problems before they become firesComfortable working independently in a remote environmentStrong written English and attention to detail
