Key Job Details: Position: Account Manager, On Premise Company: Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling Compensation: Competitive salary with opportunities for growth Start Date: Immediate openings available Location: Remote (with flexibility for in-person interactions) Position Summary: The Account Manager, On Premise is a vital role that focuses on pursuing new business opportunities, acquiring new customers, and growing existing beverage sales volume and gross profits within an assigned territory. You will work closely with local and national account business owners and managers to understand their needs, provide value-added solutions, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Sales Growth and Account Management: Execute and close sales calls with a focus on value-added selling activities for specified accounts Develop and implement campaigns, promotional programming, and displays/equipment to existing accounts Transport, replace, and maintain Point of Sale advertising as needed for accounts New Business Acquisition and Prospecting: Qualify and prospect new business leads to secure new customers and execute channel "Looks of Success" Acquire a specified number of accounts based on assigned territory opportunity Customer Relationship Management: Review business results with customers and work with them to determine their product, inventory, and delivery needs Ensure account and customer standards are met, including proper Point of Sale execution, maintenance of company assets, and product rotation Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track daily, weekly, and monthly call activity and performance measurements against assigned goals and expectations Resolve customer inquiries, including researching and closing Customer Service Tickets Collaboration and Communication: Work with cross-functional teams as needed to meet business objectives (Call Center, Distribution, Warehouse, Commercial, etc.) Demonstrate a positive and customer-focused attitude and manage time effectively Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience in the beverage industry or a related field; experience in account management, customer service, or sales support a plus Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Preferred Qualifications: Industry Experience: Experience working in the beverage industry or a related field, with knowledge of industry trends and best practices Sales Certifications: Possession of sales certifications, such as the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or the Certified Account Manager (CAM) designation Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages a plus What We Offer: Compensation and Benefits: Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of $25.55 - $31.94 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Benefits Package: Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and PTO Incentive Programs: Opportunities to participate in discretionary incentive programs, subject to program rules and performance metrics Career Growth and Development: Training and Support: Ongoing training and support to help you develop your skills and achieve your career goals Career Advancement: Opportunities for career advancement and growth within the company Professional Development: Access to industry events, conferences, and workshops to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Work Environment and Culture: Dynamic Work Environment: A fast-paced and dynamic work environment that encourages innovation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction Collaborative Culture: A collaborative and supportive culture that values the contributions of our employees Remote Work Options: Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options, to support work-life balance How to Apply: If you're a motivated and results-driven sales professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
