Account Manager - New Homes
Join the UK's favourite property platform, Rightmove, as an Account Manager in our New Homes and Developer division. As a key member of our team, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, achieve ambitious revenue goals, and deliver data-driven insights to drive client success.
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
Driving growth and building strong client relationships by managing a portfolio of New Homes and Developer accounts
Achieving individual sales and activity targets to drive revenue growth and exceed goals
Building and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with new and existing clients
Designing and executing tailored account plans to address client needs and achieve business objectives
Delivering data-driven insights during regular reviews to help clients understand their market and make informed decisions
Presenting Rightmove's products, services, and value proposition clearly to groups of all sizes
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless account management, billing, and reporting processes
Resolving client queries effectively, including addressing disputes or aged debt, to maintain trust and satisfaction
Acting as an ambassador for Rightmove's values, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets and negotiate effectively
B2B sales experience, with a solid understanding of industry trends and market dynamics
Excellent skills in building and maintaining meaningful relationships with clients at all levels of business
Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive client success
Demonstrated capability to take ownership of challenges and deliver effective resolutions
Open, honest, and collaborative, with a commitment to personal and team growth
