Clients can also leverage MRI-Simmons data for enrichment, activation and measurement use cases.Job Description:About this job As an Account Manager within our Commercial Partnerships and Media team, you will support the growth of existing client partnerships and media revenue by evangelizing MRIâSimmons solutions and delivering whiteâglove client service. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clientsâleveraging strong relationshipâbuilding, consultative selling, and analytical skills to help clients solve business challenges using our industryâleading data and activation products.Starting with an established book of business, you will develop deep client relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and drive incremental revenue through upselling and crossâselling MRIâSimmons solutions. This role may carry a quota and offers a strong pathway into sales or other growth roles within the organization.Weâre looking for a motivated, proactive, and solutionsâoriented individual who thrives in a collaborative, teamâbased environment and is eager to grow existing client business while elevating MRIâSimmonsâ profile as a strategic partner.ResponsibilitiesAs an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following:Develop deep expertise across the full suite of MRIâSimmons products in order to deliver bestâinâclass client supportBuild and maintain positive, trusting, and collaborative relationships with assigned clientsServe as the dayâtoâday client contact, coordinating ongoing support and account needsLead and coordinate account reviews, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)Drive revenue growth through upselling and expansion of MRIâSimmons solutionsCoordinate and deliver client training on MRIâSimmons software, data, and activation productsCommunicate effectively with clients in both written and verbal formats, delivering a consistently high level of serviceManage partner royalty and revenue reporting, ensuring reconciliation with CRM systems and FinanceCollaborate closely with Sales and internal teams to identify and execute on revenueâgenerating opportunitiesStay current on client initiatives to ensure successful delivery, followâup, and development of case studiesLeverage MRIâSimmons data to align with client strategies, identify new business opportunities, participate in client meetings, and deliver actionable insightsDevelop a deep understanding of each clientâs business, customers, and objectivesâand how MRIâSimmons solutions can support themCreate insightful presentations that educate clients on MRIâSimmons capabilities, data assets, and resourcesPrepare integrated, researchâbased presentations and proposals that position MRIâSimmons as a strategic consultant and partnerPartner with Sales representatives to identify strategic opportunities using a combination of industry insights and MRIâSimmons dataQualifications:2â3 years of experience in market research, advanced advertising, media, or a related industry (syndicated and/or custom research experience preferred)Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to build relationships and apply consultative selling techniquesAbility to present, synthesize, and tell a compelling story with dataWorking knowledge of syndicated consumer data (preferred)Strong PowerPoint and Excel skillsSolid business acumen, problemâsolving ability, and analytical mindsetDemonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesBachelorâs degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related fieldUS BenefitsComprehensive healthcare plan (medical, Rx, dental, and vision).Flexible spending accounts and a Health Savings Account (including company contributions).Life and AD&D insurance.401(k) retirement plan including company matching contributions.Disability insurance.Tuition Reimbursement.Discretionary paid time off program and 11 paid holidays.Flexible working environmentVolunteer time offLinkedIn LearningEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)Additional Information:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $78,500- $90,000.00. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidateâs experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role is eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
