Be You. - is central to our success and how we give our customers the freedom to do more of what's important to them. What does Access offer you? We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career. On top of a competitive salary, our wellbeing days taking you to 25 days leave a year and a health contribution, you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you. We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you. About you: You care about helping charities and not‑for‑profit organisations get the most out of their technology. You build trust quickly, you listen well and you enjoy understanding what people need before recommending the right solution. You’re motivated, organised and comfortable managing a busy mix of conversations, from looking after existing clients to speaking with new ones. You’re proactive, curious and confident using simple, clear language to explain how our products can make a real difference to the charities you support. Day‑to‑day, you will: • Manage relationships with a portfolio of charity clients, making sure they’re getting the most value from their Access products. • Identify chances to introduce new products that can help charities improve the way they work, such as fundraising tools, volunteer management or finance systems. • Find and develop new opportunities in the charity sector, reaching out to organisations that could benefit from simpler, more connected technology. • Keep your pipeline updated, prepare clear pricing proposals and deliver helpful demonstrations that show how our solutions can support their goals. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Experience working in a business‑to‑business sales role, with an interest in supporting charity customers. • Confidence presenting to people at different levels, from fundraisers to senior leaders. • Comfort using customer relationship management tools like Salesforce to keep track of conversations and next steps. • A positive, solution‑focused approach, especially when working with organisations that have limited time and resources.
