About the Role: Remote Account Manager, Costco We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager, Costco - Remote to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for growing the Glucerna brand and sales through Business Delivery at Costco. Key Responsibilities: Foster strong customer relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with Buyers, Assistant Buyers, and In-Store Customer Service (ICS) teams at Costco. Deliver sales growth and share objectives : Achieve Net Sales growth and share objectives, and develop strategies to drive profitable business and positive ROI. Negotiate trade deals : Effectively negotiate trade deals to drive profitable business and positive ROI, and manage Trade Budget, Rate, and Drive Net Sales Realization. Manage sales and shipment forecast : Accurately forecast sales and shipments, and develop and leverage a thorough knowledge of the customer, industry, and competitive landscape. Own customer meetings : Take ownership of customer meetings and create tactical plans to deliver Costco and Abbott's key objectives. Develop and deliver team strategies : Develop and deliver team strategies, objectives, goals, and key performance metrics, and actively lead, engage, and work with internal Abbott Nutrition functions, peers, and colleagues to drive business results. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree : A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales. 2-3 years of direct sales experience : 2-3 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the consumer packaged goods industry, with a focus on sales growth and share objectives. Strong record of sales growth : A strong record of exceeding sales growth and share objectives. Effective interpersonal communication skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to analyze data and market trends to develop presentations and provide recommendations. Proficient in Microsoft Office : Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Circana. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Costco : Experience working with Costco or similar retail partners. Knowledge of the nutrition industry : Knowledge of the nutrition industry and the competitive landscape. Strong analytical skills : Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and market trends to drive business results.
