Our Expectations:
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations to physicians, administrators, and clinical staff.
• Educate customers on the clinical and financial benefits of Inari’s technologies.
• Support product adoption by leading in-services and follow-ups in hospitals and other healthcare settings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Product Development to share clinical feedback.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Inari’s portfolio and market developments.
• Collect and share insights from the field to guide customer engagement strategies.

What you will do:

As the Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert connecting healthcare providers with our medical devices. From delivering impactful presentations to physicians and administrators to supporting product rollouts in hospitals, you’ll help bring our devices to life. You’ll gather real-world feedback, share insights with our product and marketing teams, and stay ahead of industry trends to keep your knowledge razor-sharp. Whether you're leading in-service trainings, repping us at trade shows, or helping teams understand customer needs, you'll be a key player in making our innovations a success. This role includes on-call support for urgent clinical needs that can occur outside of standard business hours as part of our commitment to our customers.

What you need:
• A minimum of 4 years related sales experience – medical device preferred
• A BS degree preferred in related field or 6 years demonstrated clinical sales experience
• Demonstrate effective educational and presentation skills in diverse settings
• Strong influential skills and followership
• Desire to participate in a healthcare team in the treatment of patients and anticipate the needs of others.
