Learn more about what makes us special by checking out our .Location: Austin, TX (3 days in office preferred)About the RoleWe are looking for an Account Manager to focus on an at-scale strategy to support, retain, and grow our customer base. This role is a hybrid-based role in Austin, Texas.What You'll Do
Build a strategic plan to drive expansion in a portfolio of Commercial and Enterprise accounts
Manage multiple sales cycles and customer campaigns targeting Analytics Engineering, Data Platform, and Data Governance personas.
Protect renewals by monitoring account signals, deepening executive alignment, and helping customers realize consistent value.
What You'll Need
Have 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales or account management, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
Have experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, adapting quickly to constant change.
Possesses strong consultative selling skills, engaging effectively with both technical and business audiences.
Are proactive and organized, capable of independently managing a diverse book of business.
What Will Make You Stand Out
You have prior experience in analytics, ETL, BI, or open-source software.
You are familiar with dbt (core or Cloud) and the modern data stack, including platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks.
You have experience with consumption and/or usage-based pricing structures.
You have experience with the MEDD(P)ICC sales methodology / Command of the Message
