What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Regularly check in with clients to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns
- Handle customer service questions confidently and professionally, primarily over the phone
- Take client calls when the Account Manager is out of the office
- Manage texting, emailing, and follow-up communications
- Assist with the live chat feature to answer customer questions in real-time

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
