Account Liaison (Remote)

In this role, you will be the primary relationship lead, ensuring client satisfaction while acting as a bridge between client goals and internal teams. Your focus will be on nurturing partnerships, understanding client needs, and driving account retention. You will have a significant impact on not just maintaining client relationships but also ensuring long-term loyalty and trust, which is vital for both our partner and their clients' success.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the main point of contact for all client communication, ensuring a high-touch, concierge-level experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and C-suite executives, becoming a trusted advisor.
• Proactively solicit client feedback, conduct NPS/satisfaction check-ins, and identify potential friction points.
• Work closely with strategy team members to align the client's strategic roadmap with their business objectives.
• Ensure client happiness and account retention, making every client in your portfolio a potential reference.
• Act as the 'Voice of the Client' within the organization, prioritizing client needs and concerns.
• Lead high-level conversations regarding client concerns or business direction changes.
• Monitor the financial health of the account to ensure profitability and scope adherence.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion in collaboration with Sales and Strategy.
• Drive the collection of client reviews, case studies, and awards to showcase partnership success.
Requirements
• 5-7 years of experience in high-level account management or client services in a digital agency environment.
• Proven emotional intelligence with a high EQ for managing complex human dynamics.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on storytelling value.
• Understanding of agency economics, including retention metrics and account growth.
• Sufficient knowledge of the HubSpot ecosystem to discuss project status confidently.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
