Account Executive, US & Canada
Social Links is a global OSINT company headquartered in the US. We build AI-powered products that help investigators and security professionals work with complex open-source data, including information from social media, messengers, and the darknet.
Our solutions are used by S&P 500 companies and law enforcement agencies in 80+ countries. As the business continues to scale, we are expanding our commercial presence in North America and are looking for a strong sales professional to help grow this region.
We are hiring a US & Canada Account Executive to support business development across North America. This role is focused on building commercial momentum in the region through direct sales, account growth, partner collaboration, and market development. You will work with prospective and existing customers, help strengthen regional partnerships, and contribute to go-to-market execution across the US and Canada.
Your Tasks Will Be:
Drive new business and account growth across the US and Canada
Build and manage your own pipeline from the ground up, based on our ICP
Develop a balanced portfolio of short-term opportunities and longer sales cycles
Own commercial conversations with prospective customers and existing accounts in the region
Work with regional partners, including resellers, MSSPs, and system integrators, to create new business opportunities
Contribute to regional go-to-market execution and help expand our presence in North America
Collaborate with Customer Success and other internal teams to support account development and long-term customer value
Track customer expectations, market signals, and commercial opportunities, and share feedback with the product team
Participate mainly in online meetings, with occasional conferences or roadshows
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
Strong track record in software sales, ideally SaaS
Experience managing complex commercial discussions and high-value deals
Strong negotiation skills and confidence in a fast-moving environment
Experience building business through regional partners and partner ecosystems
Ability to work independently and develop pipeline momentum from Day 1
Experience working across evolving markets, customer needs, and multiple stakeholders
Experience with OSINT, Cybersecurity, Forensics, Intelligence, or Lawful Interception is a strong advantage
Nice To Haves:
Experience working with the US and/or Canadian market
Experience closing 7-digit deals
Background in partner-led growth or regional market expansion
