As a team, we thrive on creativity, collaboration, and a commitment to meaningful impact.The Opportunity: We are hiring multiple Account Executives (all levels) within our Dental Software division.You’ll own a greenfield territory of 3,000–4,000 B2B accounts, selling a mission-critical SaaS platform to dental practices and groups that genuinely need better software.If you’re energized by building pipeline, winning new logos, and closing deals—this role is built for you.While this is a true outbound role, our strong brand recognition helps open doors and create warmer conversations than traditional cold outreach.What You’ll DoOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting through closeBuild and manage pipeline within a defined territoryProspect via outbound calls, email, social, and strategic outreachConduct discovery, product demos, and negotiations with decision-makersConsistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotaMaintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRMPartner with marketing and sales leadership to optimize go-to-market strategy Who We’re Looking ForThis role is full sale cycle from prospecting to closingThis is an individual contributor role—not a people leadership positionRequired1–8 years of B2B sales experienceTrack record of meeting or exceeding quotaStrong prospecting and pipeline generation skillsExperience managing full sales cycle (discovery → close)Ability to work remotely from a home officeStrong PlusExperience selling SaaS, healthcare, or vertical softwareFamiliarity with SMB to mid-market sales cyclesExperience managing large territories or account listsWhy This RoleRemote-first environment (work from home)Greenfield territory with significant growth potentialPerformance-driven culture with clear expectationsCompetitive base salary + uncapped commissionStreamlined, fast-moving hiring processCompensationBase Salary: $64,000 – $78,000On-Target Earnings (OTE): $96,000 – $146,000Actual compensation is based on experience, skills, and performance history.The posted base range for this position is $64,000.00 - $78,000.00 with an OTE (On Target Earnings) range of $96,000.00 to $146,000.00. This is the expected range for an employee who is new to the role, to fully proficient in the role.
