Duties and Responsibilities:
Ā Conduct proactive account audits and create engaging videos to demonstrate how we can enhance clients' sales and optimize their Amazon listings, Advertising campaigns, and overall Amazon account management.
Ā Execute email outreach to engage potential clients and build relationships.
Ā Conduct video calls to understand client needs and present growth opportunities through our Agency services.
Ā Collaborate with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to enhance productivity and manage your calendar effectively.
Ā Once established, assist in guiding and mentoring BDRs to help fill your calendar and optimize sales outreach.
Qualifications:
Ā Able to demonstrate with 3 to 4 years experience in a similar role.
Ā Motivated, driven, tech-savvy individuals with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ā Financially motivated individuals seeking a high commission opportunity.
Ā Coachable, able to create video sales outreach daily, cold calling proficiency, organization, CRM usage, and follow-up according to agency standards.
Ā Experience with Amazon Seller Central is preferred but not mandatory.
Ā Opportunity to learn insider secrets and strategies in the booming eCommerce market, particularly Amazon.
Ā Development of communication skills, business negotiation, contract creation, and sales experience.
Ā Aim to secure 5-8 signed clients per month.
Ā Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ā Ability to build strong relationships at all levels throughout an organization in a collaborative and multicultural environment.
Ā Proficient in using MS Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and performance tracking.
Ā Exceptional attention to detail.
Ā Digital-oriented mindset.
Ā Excellent command of English grammar.
Ā Experience in marketing copywriting.
Ā Familiarity with Amazon operations (an advantage).
Ā Proficient in product and keyword research.
Ā Advanced digital troubleshooting skills.
Ā Able to work in the Eastern Standard Time Zone (UTCTC-05:00)
Ā Set up to work from home with a stable internet connection and a quiet area in order to communicate with stakeholders and clients.
Ā Familiarity with online meeting applications like Google Meets and Zoom.
Bonus Points:
Ā Remote experience.
Ā E-commerce experience (Walmart, Etsy, eBay, Shopify, etc.).
Ā Familiarity with Asana, Slack, Hubstaff and Google Suites.
Ā Have worked in a company whose customers are brands and sellers on Amazon.
Ā Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and sales tools for lead management.
