The ideal candidate is a motivated and energetic sales professional who is confident in engaging with customers both in person and over the phone. In addition to managing their own sales pipeline, the Account Executive will serve as a resource for team members by providing guidance, solutions, and strategic recommendations. Job FunctionsMaintain active pipeline of agency leads to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationshipsGenerate proposals and responses to RFPs.Collaborate with internal teams (implementation, support, underwriting) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales activity reports to managementBasic Qualifications:Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and 2 years of related experience, or HS/GED and 5 years of related experience.Preferred Qualifications:2 years’ payment industry experienceMust be 18 years of age or olderBenefitsIn line with our commitment to employee wellbeing, our total rewards benefits package is designed to support the physical, financial, and emotional health of our employees, tailored to meet their unique and evolving needs.
