As a New Business Account Executive, Commercial, you will manage the full sales cycle to increase Airtable's customer base and work with high-profile businesses to deliver exceptional product education and insights.ResponsibilitiesManage the full sales cycle, including running discovery calls and demos, negotiating, and closing new business to hit and exceed sales goalsUnderstand use cases and sell across different industries and multiple lines of business to some of our fastest-growing customersConduct calls with customers and prospects to understand organizational structure, key decision-makers, procurement processes, IT systems, and document workflowBecome an Airtable product expert, delighting prospects with a phenomenal educational experience, and helping cross-functional teams with product feedback and user insightsNote: During peak times, this role may be expected to work outside of standard work hours to fulfill time sensitive responsibilitiesSkills1-2 years of proven closing experience in a SaaS environment, demonstrating a consistent track record of successStrong business acumen that includes prior experience managing multiple concurrent client relationships, anticipating change, adjusting priorities accordingly, and working effectively as a teamSelf-starter comfortable with some ambiguity, demonstrating a willingness to learn/ramp quickly and be a creative problem solver for the larger Airtable teamYou embody a growth mindset and seek out opportunities to constantly learn and growExtreme curiosity to learn about the product, the industry, and your customer's businessesStrong operational mindset, eager to build processes for yourself and the team to maximize productivityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBenefitsThe opportunity to receive benefitsRestricted stock unitsIncentive compensationCompany OverviewAirtable is a cloud-based software company that offers an online platform for creating and sharing relational databases.
