What you’ll do Act as the primary point of contact for customer account management and establish trusted relationships with key accounts and stakeholdersEnsure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client needs and objectivesIdentify opportunities in existing accounts for cross-selling and upselling, driving revenue growth and customer valueCommunicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders in clear and concise languageProactively develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvementForecast and track key account metrics to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth What we seek Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related fieldWorking experience in Sales / Account Management or similar roleSkilled in data analytics tools and reportingProven ability to manage a range of clients, while maintaining a keen attention to detail Additional Information To all candidates- Lalamove respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.This Notice will inform you how we will use your personal data, explain your privacy rights and the protection you have by the law when you apply to join us.
