We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to build and maintain relationships with new and existing strategic clients, owning the full sales cycle and supporting multiple go-to-market and international expansion strategies.You will be accountable for increasing revenue, new client acquisition and representing Airwallex in client meetings and events across The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg (and beyond...).Furthermore, you are commercially-minded, analytical, and a Fintech enthusiast who is driven by forging relationships and becoming a trusted advisor to our customers, delivering thought leadership insights and solutions that help them grow powered by Airwallex products and solutions. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targetsBuild and maintain relationships with new and existing clientsManage the sales process from start to finish, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing dealsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure customer successConduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clientsNegotiate contracts and pricing with clients, leading complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements and multi-product salesProvide feedback to the product team on customer needs and market trendsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related fieldAbility to speak and write in English and fluent in Dutch4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the fintech or payments industry selling technical products Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple productsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication and presentation skills, particularly for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders (CXO)Strong negotiation and closing skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively, in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environmentProficient in CRM software and forecastingWillingness to travel as requiredEqual opportunityAirwallex is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
