Red Ventures is a global portfolio of high-growth companies, and they are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Account Coordinator to support the management and growth of Allconnect’s Offline Affiliate channel. The role involves analyzing performance data, validating compensation calculations, managing escalations, and ensuring partner communications are timely and accurate.ResponsibilitiesMonitor affiliate performance metrics including volume, revenue, conversion rates, and discrepanciesAudit reporting data for accuracy and identify inconsistenciesProvide performance summaries and insights to support Account Manager strategyValidate affiliate payout calculations and ensure timely, accurate compensation distributionReconcile discrepancies in reporting prior to payout processingPartner with Finance to confirm payment accuracy and resolve issues proactivelyServe as day-to-day support for partner escalations related to orders, tracking, reporting discrepancies, and marketing infractionsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolutionDistribute updates on ISP promotions, product changes, and operational updatesEnsure affiliates are aligned with current promotional messaging and compliance requirementsMaintain structured documentation of partner agreements, payout structures, and issue logsSupport process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiencySkills1+ years of experience in account coordination, affiliate marketing, partner operations, or revenue operationsProficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Product Suite of tools/products (MS Excel, Powerpoint, Google Sheets, etc)Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with compensation structures or financial reportingBenefitsHealth Insurance Coverage (medical, dental, and vision)Life InsuranceShort and Long-Term Disability InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountsHoliday Pay401(k) with matchEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid Parental Bonding Benefit ProgramFlexible Paid Time Off (PTO): We believe time to rest and recharge is essential.
