What does a Luxury Accessories and Lighting Designer do? Knowledge and skills required for the position are: Complex understanding of CAD Deep knowledge of production phases and a strong attention to detail. Ability to understand criticism and adjust design accordingly. Knowledgeable about the interior design industry Understanding of history of furniture and current design trends. Ability to understand and ensure design feasibility. Prepare detailed specifications for all products including materials and manufacturing methods. Work closely with factory partners to prioritize cost effective approach. BA or MA in Industrial Design, Product Design or related field.
