What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the implementation of the Boston Bolts coaching philosophy
- Perform in-depth analysis on diverse data sets from MLS Next and NAL games
- Develop and implement advanced performance analytics strategies for Elite Pathway teams
- Create compelling visualizations and reports to communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders
- Liaise with players and staff regarding player development progress
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Quick learner capable of functioning in a fast-paced sports environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize assignments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior soccer experience strongly preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Python
- Previous work in data analytics
