Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one coaching and tutoring support to students, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and goals.
Prepare engaging lessons, communicate effectively with families, and track progress using our goal-tracking system.
Develop strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve academic, social, and emotional success.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in education, psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
2+ years of experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral, social, and emotional challenges.
Availability at least 3 weekdays from 3pm-7pm, with strong personal organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with online management platforms and excellent communication skills.
Valid CA Mandated Reporter Training Certificate of Completion required.
