We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Academic Success Coordinator to join our team at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. As an Academic Success Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing ongoing support to undergraduate and graduate students in academics, time management, exam success, and personal management. Your expertise will help students achieve their full potential and succeed in their academic pursuits.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized support to students in areas such as time management, exam success, and tutoring
Refer students to appropriate services for personal management and well-being
Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external constituents to ensure student success
Develop and implement strategies to promote student academic success and retention
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive student information with discretion

Competitive salary range: $44,700 - $67,100 per year
Hybrid work schedule: Monday - Friday with flexible hours and remote work options

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Healthcare, Social Science, or a related field
2 years of experience in healthcare and/or student services
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Healthcare, Social Science, or a related field
Experience working in a university setting and with students
Knowledge of applicable University policies and procedures in student services setting
Experience with PeopleSoft or other student information systems
