Key Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and project supervision to less experienced staff members, contributing to the growth and development of the academic advising team.
Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to disseminate information on curriculum requirements, academic policies, and other relevant issues, ensuring that students are well-informed and supported throughout their academic journey.
Participate in new student orientation programs, teaching seminars, and course selection activities, helping to shape the academic experience of incoming students.
Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at promoting student retention, recruitment, and academic success, including the Fly in 4 program and at-risk student support services.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
