Abstractor, HEDIS /Quality Improvement
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Abstractor to join our HEDIS / Quality Improvement team at Molina Healthcare. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and data entry skills who is passionate about helping to improve the quality of healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare quality improvement and experience working with electronic medical records.The Abstractor will be responsible for collecting and reviewing medical records and data to ensure accuracy and completeness. The successful candidate must have strong communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other members of the team. Experience with HEDIS / Quality Improvement projects is an asset.The successful candidate must possess:⢠A degree in healthcare or related field⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills⢠Strong organizational and data entry skills⢠An ability to work in a fast-paced environment⢠Knowledge of healthcare quality improvement⢠Experience working with electronic medical recordsIf you are a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with a team to improve the quality of healthcare, we want to hear from you!
