Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behaviors
Implement skill-building programs and individualized care plans as part of the clinical team
Accurately record session data using electronic devices
Foster a positive learning environment and build strong relationships with clients and families
Collaborate with families and other providers to enhance treatment outcomes
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to learn and a passion for working with children with autism
Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
Reliable transportation
Need to Know:
Services are provided in clients� homes or community-based settings
All positions start as part-time
Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course is required
Minimum 6-month commitment required

Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
No experience? No problem � training is provided!
