Behavior Technician / RBT (Afternoons, Evenings & Weekends) – PART TIME – SIGN-ON BONUS! Location : In-home sessions (home-based services) Status : Part-time with potential to grow into full-time Schedule : Afternoons, evenings, and weekends required Mileage Reimbursement : Included Training : All training provided – no experience necessary! Position Highlights : • Provide 1 : 1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. • Help clients build communication, daily living, and social skills. • Record data and monitor progress toward goals. • Create a fun, engaging, and safe environment. • Collaborate with families and clinical team members. Qualifications : • High school diploma or equivalent (transcripts required). • Reliable transportation (for travel to client homes – mileage reimbursed ). • Evening and weekend availability. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to work independently and as part of a team. • Must complete onboarding and credentialing documentation, including : Resume • Negative TB test • State credentialing documents No Experience?
