About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team at Family First. As an BCBA, you will be responsible for designing and implementing behavior intervention plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. You will work closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. Your expertise in ABA therapy will be essential in helping our clients achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

Family First services a variety of individuals in home and community settings. We offer early intervention programs, and parent education and training programs along with in-home and telehealth direct care services. We service individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other disabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy to clients with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
• Experience conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable vehicle, a driver’s license, and car insurance
• Must Pass DOJ background check

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with clients of all ages
• Experience working in a clinical or school setting
• Experience supervising and training behavior technicians

Responsibilities:
• Disseminate ABA in a clinical and ethical way
• Conduct initial assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Program updates: goals, behavior plans, recomendations
• Conduct FBAs and FAs
• Conduct Early Intervention assessments and make recommendations
• Implement behavior intervention plans and monitor progress toward goals
• Oversee RBTs and provide training and or oversight for candidates.
• Provide training and support to families and caregivers
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans
• Carry a Supervision Caseload of 6-14
• Professional attendance including staff meetings, clinical meetings and IEP's

Skills:

As an BCBA, you will use your expertise in ABA therapy to design and implement behavior intervention plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals. Your ability to conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans will be essential in helping our clients achieve their goals. Additionally, your experience in supervising and training behavior technicians will be beneficial in this role. Finally, your attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation will ensure that our clients receive the best possible care.
