A-Star Heat & Air is hiring: Night Call Center Dispatcher (Remote) in Dallas

JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description About the Role Astar Heat & Air LLC is looking for an experienced Night Call Center Dispatcher to support our after-hours operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned home-services dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the urgency and customer care required during evening and overnight calls. This is a remote position, with one in-office day per month for team building, one-on-ones, and training. Schedule • 4 shifts per week • 6:00 PM – 7:00 AM • Overnight / after-hours coverage Pay & Benefits • $25/hour • Consistent schedule • Remote work environment • Monthly in-office team connection and trainingKey Responsibilities • Answer after-hours customer calls professionally and efficiently • Dispatch HVAC, plumbing, and electrical technicians • Book service calls accurately and according to company procedures • Perform call debriefs and detailed job notes • Navigate and manage jobs within ServiceTitan • Provide excellent customer service during urgent and emergency situations • Communicate clearly with technicians and management Required Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of home-services experience (HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Electrical) • Call center and/or dispatching experience • At least 1 year of ServiceTitan experience • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to multitask and remain calm during high-volume or emergency calls • Reliable internet and home office setup Preferred Skills • Strong attention to detail • Experience with after-hours or emergency dispatching • Ability to work independently overnight • Team-oriented mindset Why Astar Heat & Air LLC?We value experienced professionals who take pride in customer service and teamwork.
