Automotive Diagnosis & Computer Proficiency is required
Experience with Customer Service
Team player able to work closely with the rest of the staff
Work as a team along with the service writer, communicating directly with clients vehicle needs
Great mechanical aptitude and an understanding of first principles thinking
Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test!)
