This role is ideal for a strong individual contributor who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, yet adaptable to shifting priorities, and able to work efficiently with quick iterative release cycles. Some of the main responsibilities for the role include: Design user experiences with a focus on creating mockups and prototypes, primarily using design tools such as Figma. Deliver high-quality design assets (mockups, prototypes, etc.) that can be shared with stakeholders and partners for feedback and approval.Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to align vision, priorities, and design needs. Approach design with a product mindset—balancing aesthetics with usability, functionality, and business goals. Understand Product Design from a Business perspective + incorporate business logic into what you're designing. Have a Product-focused mindset - this role is not just about making great-looking designs but understanding the business implications that inform effective designs for the client. Work independently and proactively, turning ideas into polished designs with minimal oversight. Partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders. Be on top of UX best practices and functionality and be thinking about what happens when the member goes through the flows of web and mobile apps and how they interact/engage with the web and mobile apps. Be self-sufficient, independent, and a "go-getter," able to work effectively with minimal guidance, taking ideas from the Product Manager and running with them to turn it into a high-quality designJob Skills/Requirements- +90% English written and oral (at least B2 level) with excellent communication skills- Product Designer experience with a product/UX first mindset, who also has strong UI/visual design skills - Expert Product Design (UX Design) skills with focus on modern, accessible design - Visual design skills that elevate designs into something delightful and evokes emotion, and designs that exhibits a “show” rather than a “tell” mentality - Skilled at designing within existing brand identity, with an ability to extend and modernize brand to achieve design goals - Strong background working with and establishing design systems that create consistency across experiences and applications - Being detail-obsessed work style and being able to deliver precise specifications that Engineering teams can easily implement - Ability to thrive in lean, fast-paced startup environments, and is comfortable iterating on designs rapidly, with limited guidance - Technical expertise with Figma, and experience creating high-fidelity prototypes that enable effective cross-functional collaboration - Product Design/UX Design for both web and mobile applications - Take initiative and have a mindset of always being moving and iterating - Candidates must have a portfolio to present to the client Key Qualifications: - Strong Work Ethic: Self-driven and able to work independently while maintaining a positive, collaborative attitude. - Iterative Mindset: Comfortable breaking down work into manageable steps to deliver results efficiently. - Adaptable in Dynamic Environments: Able to thrive in fast-paced settings with a practical, solution-oriented approach. - Organized yet Flexible: Skilled at prioritizing tasks while adjusting to shifting needs and timelines. - Creative Problem Solver: Open to exploring new ideas and approaches to generate innovative solutions. - Collaborative Team Player: Experienced in working effectively with colleagues across multiple functions and disciplines. - Commitment to Growth: Continuously developing skills and refining expertise to improve quality and impact of work.
