Counselors will provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families dealing with a wide range of issues, including relationship challenges, communication struggles, conflict resolution, parenting concerns, and more. Description Responsibilities: • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms. • Assess client needs, create treatment plans, and offer tailored counseling strategies. • Help clients build better communication skills, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress notes. • Collaborate with other team members, as needed, to ensure comprehensive care. • Stay up-to-date with current counseling methods, techniques, and best practices. • Adhere to all ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards. Qualifications: • Washington State licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or equivalent. • Experience in family and marriage counseling. • Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities for relationship and family dynamics. • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload remotely. • Comfortable with telehealth technology and conducting virtual sessions. • Compassionate, empathetic, and nonjudgmental attitude. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
