This role is critical for optimizing next‑generation networks, ensuring superior performance and user experience across the USA. Detailed Job Description As a 5G RF Optimization Engineer, you will work remotely to analyze, optimize, and troubleshoot Nokia-based 5G networks. You will focus on improving KPIs, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver best‑in‑class network performance. This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting‑edge technologies in a flexible, remote environment. Key Responsibilities • ✓ Perform 5G RF optimization for Nokia networks across multiple markets • ✓ Analyze network KPIs and implement parameter changes to enhance performance • ✓ Troubleshoot complex issues including VoLTE and NSA/SA configurations • ✓ Collaborate with vendor teams and provide technical recommendations • ✓ Prepare detailed reports and communicate findings to stakeholders Required Qualifications & Skills • ✓ Minimum 5 years of RF optimization experience, with at least 2 years in 5G • ✓ Strong expertise in Nokia tools and platforms (e.g., Net Act, ENM) • ✓ Proficiency in KPI analysis and optimization techniques • ✓ Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills • ✓ Ability to work independently in a remote environment Nice-to-Have Skills • ✓ Experience with VoLTE optimization and advanced 5G features • ✓ Familiarity with automation scripts for optimization tasks • ✓ Knowledge of multi‑vendor environments • ✓ Exposure to SON and Cloud RAN technologies • ✓ Advanced reporting skills using Actix, TEMS, or similar tools Recruitment Pro Tip Highlight your hands‑on experience with Nokia 5G optimization and include specific KPIs you’ve improved.
