One of the largest globally recognized coffee company headquartered in Seattle, WA is looking for a Procurement Manager. This role will be responsible for effectively developing and leading complex sourcing strategies, and effectively managing suppliers and internal networks to deliver best in class performance for the relevant spend area. Consistently delivers measurable and strategic goals to enable bottom-line and topline company growth, and corporate social responsibility leadership. Collaborates effectively internally and with suppliers. Develops effective negotiation strategies to enable success. Manages annual spend depending on market complexity. May mentor or manage other procurement professionals
(Typical Day Responsibilities)
Helping with creating contracts
Supplier management
Cross functional partnerships
Sourcing through the supply company
Building business cases with business partners
Communication with stakeholders
Working with analytics to build the business cases

(Job Requirements)
Bachelor's Degree (high preference for Supply Chain degree or Business)
3-5 years of relevant procurement / supply chain experience
Must have extensive contract experience (contract creation, sourcing, negotiation, bidding, putting agreements together, RFPs, partnering with legal team etc.)
Comfortability with Oracle, Tableau, and/or Power BI
Sourcing experience
Negotiation
Contracting / contracting facilitations
Facilitating projects
Ability to build business case analytics
Experience with Ariba (nice to have)
(Disqualifiers)
Just buyer-focused work, not enough sourcing experience
No Supply Chain experience
Pay: $50/hr.
Schedule: Standard Morning Shift (Monday - Friday); Must Support PST Hours
