3rd shift, 11pm-7am- Customer Service Representative - Remote | WFH
We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team on the overnight shift. This fully remote position will start after a one-week training period conducted from 8 AM to 5 PM. As a vital member of our customer service team, you will be instrumental in processing consumer loan applications, managing payment arrangements, and addressing customer inquiries. Your role is... crucial in facilitating loan approvals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients while upholding the integrity of our financial services.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients through both outbound and inbound calls.
Analyze and appraise loan applications using various software tools to initiate the loan process.
Ensure precise documentation of all account interactions.
Communicate clearly and effectively, providing solutions and support to customers.
Maintain professionalism, sensitivity, and tact during customer interactions.
Handle card payments and process financial transactions with accuracy.
Stay informed about the latest in lending practices and financial services.
Create and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Meet and exceed monthly performance goals as established by management.
Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications.
Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult situations with courtesy and calm.
Effective multitasking skills, capable of managing conversations while entering data.
Preferred
Previous experience in financial services or customer support.
Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and systems.
Working Conditions
This position requires sitting and talking for extended periods.
The role operates on a fixed overnight schedule from 11 PM to 7 AM.
Remote work setup is necessary following the initial training period.
