The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the facility. You will be responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Job Responsibilities Perform daily, weekly, and periodic floor care including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing floors. Ensure floors, carpets, and common areas are cleaned and maintained to company and safety standards.Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting. Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, and countertops), replenish supplies, and monitor inventory levels. Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste. Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including break rooms, lobbies and hallwaysThis role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. Ability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Requirements This role requires passing a thorough background check and obtaining a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge by successfully completing the required training quiz. Adherence to all security and safety regulations is mandatoryOne (1) year minimum of floor tech experienceMust have knowledge on how to operate and maintain floor care equipment such as buffers, burnishers, auto-scrubbers, and extractorsCustodial or janitorial work preferredMust be able to work 3rd Shift (10PM - 6:30AM)Must be able to work full-timeMust be at least 18 years old Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently Successfully pass pre-employment background check and meet E-Verify requirements.Must be able to work on the weekends Salary Description $19.50
