About the position Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in a search for an Accounts Payable Specialist with our client located in Rosemont, IL. Our client is an outstanding manufacturer with operations in over 26 countries. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be brought on a contract basis for a period of 3+ months. This position is 100% remote. Responsibilities • Research & Resolution: Solving invoice discrepancies and problem-solving AP issues. • Communication: Interfacing with plants and departments to track down missing approvals or PO details.• Posting: Ensuring items are posted correctly and fixing posting errors. • Documentation: Compiling vendor and invoice data for internal files. • System Maintenance : Managing the flow of data across multiple software platforms.
