Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.Handle bookkeeping for a real estate management company, starting with 1 property-level and completing cleanup tasks for 2024 and 2025.Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for management review.Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.Monitor and track financial transactions and maintain up-to-date records.Communicate effectively via Slack for team collaboration and updates.Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with local regulations.Help identify discrepancies and provide solutions to streamline processes.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience.QuickBooks proficiency (required).Prior experience with real estate bookkeeping preferred.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.Experience with accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.Excellent communication and time management skills.
