2L LAW CLERK FOR PART TIME REMOTE WORK-GENERAL LITIGATION
The Role
We are looking for a motivated 2L law student to join our team immediately as a remote part-time law clerk. This is a real working role — not a filing or clerical position. You will work directly with our Managing Principal and senior staff on live litigation matters from day one.
What You'll Do
• Legal research and memo writing
• Assist with motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Review medical records and case documents
• Support attorneys with trial preparation
• Track deadlines and manage case files
What We're Looking For
• Currently enrolled as a 2nd-year (2L) JD student at an ABA-accredited law school
• Strong research and writing skills
• Organized, reliable, and eager to learn
• Interest in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation is a plus
