Pay: $23/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Schedule: 8am-9pm EST. M-F. (8hr Shift between these hours)
Start Date: TBD
Benefits: WEEKLY PAY, EQUIPMENT PROVIDED, MEDICAL BENEFITS & ABILITY TO WORK FROM HOME
Job Details:
Assist the Call Center Supervisor with driving performance metrics for all team members.
Review and analyze reports.
Identify and provide opportunities to associates to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to increase work performance.
At times may lead morning huddles and shift end huddles
Assist team members on metrics and quality of work performed.
Train and supervise new employees to promote overall team productivity and consistent service.
Requirements:
MUST HAVE AT LEAST A YEAR OF BEING A TEAM LEAD IN CALL CENTER.
Must have active internet already installed and the ability to work from home.
Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
HS Diploma/Equivalent.
