Emphasis is placed on strengthening academic and everyday vocabulary and building the communicative confidence needed for undergraduate study at the University of Ottawa. Course Dates: July 6 to August 28, 2026 Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday: 9:30 – 11:00 am Comments: This course is offered exclusively online . Requirements: Capacity to facilitate group work through a student-centered, task-based learning approach and to explain the English verb system, sentence structure, and academic vocabulary to second language learners. Previous ESL training and classroom experience is an asset; classroom multimedia experience is an asset; excellent command of the English language; interview may be required.
