Responsibilities:
Flat File Management: Create, update, and manage Amazon flat files for product listings, including inventory, pricing, and product details.
Data Accuracy: Ensure all product data is accurate, complete, and formatted correctly according to Amazons specifications.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to flat files, such as listing errors, data discrepancies, and file upload problems.
Optimization: Analyze and optimize product listings for improved visibility and performance on Amazon, including keyword optimization and category enhancements.
Reporting: Generate and interpret reports related to listing performance, sales trends, and inventory levels to support data-driven decision-making.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on product information and strategies.
Best Practices: Stay updated on Amazons policies, tools, and best practices to ensure compliance and leverage new features for optimization.
Experience: Proven experience with Amazon flat files and listing management. Previous experience working with Amazon Seller Central is required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with advanced knowledge of formulas, data manipulation, and troubleshooting.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and file management.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
