Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven MA (Medicare Advantage) Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have at lease 2 years Medicare experience, and will be responsible for providing clients with comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to their needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and businesses protect their assets through effective insurance coverage.
Duties
Develop and maintain a client base through networking and referrals.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine appropriate insurance coverage for clients.
Present and explain insurance policies, including terms, coverage options, and pricing.
Negotiate policy terms with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Manage the sales administration process, including documentation and follow-ups.
Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth in insurance sales.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Stay informed about industry regulations and CMS compliance changes to provide accurate information to clients.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.
Experience
2 Years Medicare, Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement required
2025 AHIP Certified
Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred.
Previous experience in insurance sales is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader audience.
Familiarity with benefits administration and the ability to analyze client needs will be advantageous.
A strong commitment to ongoing professional development in the insurance field is essential.
